CNC Machining
CNC Milling and CNC Lathe: Accurate Edge has the newest CNC technology. Our specialized turnkey facility has 45 CNC lathe machines with hollow spindles and a C axis, enabling us to work with massive components up to 12 meters in length.

Boring and Deep Hole Drilling
Drilling and digging deep holes: One of the longest deep hole drilling machines in the United Arab Emirates, it can drill up to 12 meters (40 feet) in a single pass and has a diameter ranging from 2″ (50.8 mm) to 13.5″ (342 mm). Ten meters (33 feet) in length and diameters ranging from 2″ (50.8 mm) to 20″ (500 mm) can be sharpened in a single pass by the honing machine. Depending on the material and finish needed, advanced tooling and knowledgeable operators with practical experience will optimize the production settings. All alloy steels, Inconel 625, 925, 718, 3 chrome, 9 chrome, 23 chrome, Super duplex, and SS Grade 304,316 can be deep-holed by us.
Honing
The newest deep hole honing machine in our facilities can honing materials up to 10 meters (394″) in length and 500 mm (20″) in diameter. We are able to satisfy a broad range of client needs with this capacity. We have two horizontal and two vertical sharpening machines.

Gundrilling is a deep hole drilling technique that creates holes in metal with high depth-to-diameter ratios by using a long, thin cutting instrument. In diameters ranging from 1 to 50 mm [0.04 to 2.00 in], gundrilling works well. Grinding
Cylindrical Grinding: When extremely precise grinding is needed, we can satisfy our customers’ diverse needs thanks to our cylindrical grinding equipment, which can grind up to 500mm (20″) in diameter and 3 meters (120″) in length.
Surface Grinding: Up to 600 mm x 600 mm x 1000 mm can be ground by our surface grinding machine.
